Returns and Refunds
CopClo products are made to order after each purchase.
For this reason, we cannot accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
Our Made-to-Order Policy
Because CopClo products are made to order through our fulfilment partner Inkthreadable UK, each item is printed specifically for the customer after the order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
However, if there is a manufacturing issue, printing defect, or if the wrong product was delivered, we will resolve the issue quickly by providing a replacement or refund where appropriate.
When Returns or Replacements Are Accepted
- Items that arrive damaged
- Items with printing defects
- Incorrect product sent
- Manufacturing faults
Situations Where Returns Are Not Accepted
Because items are printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Change of mind after purchase
- Customer input errors (wrong address, wrong selection)
- Normal wear or washing damage
How to Request a Replacement or Refund
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact CopClo support within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so our team can review the claim.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank.
Most refunds appear within several business days after they are processed.
Order Issues During Shipping
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us and the shipping carrier directly. Delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided during checkout may not be eligible for replacement.
