Every CopClo piece is produced on demand through our production partner Inkthreadable UK.
This ensures that each garment is printed specifically for you, maintaining high quality while reducing unnecessary waste.
Because our products are not mass-produced or stored in warehouses, delivery includes both production time and shipping time.
Below you’ll find how the process works and what to expect when ordering from CopClo.

How CopClo Orders Are Produced and Shipped

At CopClo, all products are made to order and fulfilled through our production partner, Inkthreadable UK. This means each item is printed, prepared, and dispatched after your order is placed rather than taken from pre-made stock. Inkthreadable states that on-demand orders are typically produced within 3–5 working days before shipping.

Because every order is produced individually, delivery time includes both production time and shipping time. Shipping speed depends on the delivery method selected at checkout and the destination country.

We work with trusted fulfilment and courier partners to ensure your order is produced carefully and shipped as efficiently as possible.

How Delivery Works

Once your order is confirmed, it enters production with Inkthreadable. After printing and fulfilment are completed, the parcel is handed to the selected shipping carrier for delivery. Inkthreadable notes that the shipping estimates apply after the order has been fulfilled.

Estimated Delivery Times

Inkthreadable’s current guidance shows that UK delivery may take around 1–3 working days for 24 services, 2–5 working days for 48 services, and next working day for certain courier options after dispatch. European delivery times vary by service and destination, and international shipping may take longer depending on customs and local carriers.

Estimated delivery time = production time + shipping time

Please note that delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary during busy periods, public holidays, or due to courier delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where applicable. Inkthreadable also notes that tracking updates can occasionally take time to appear, especially while a parcel is being processed through the courier network.

If your order has been marked as shipped, please allow some time for the courier system to update before assuming there is a problem.

International Shipping

CopClo aims to offer shipping to multiple destinations. International orders may be subject to longer transit times, customs processing, and local delivery conditions. Inkthreadable currently advises allowing up to 30 days for international orders to arrive before treating them as missing in transit.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Because CopClo products are made to order, timelines can occasionally vary depending on product type, order size, seasonal demand, and courier conditions. Inkthreadable also notes that core products may ship faster than some non-core items.
