Respecting Creative and Legal Boundaries
CopClo is designed to showcase original artwork created by independent artists. To protect artists, customers, and the platform itself, certain types of content cannot be accepted or published.
Submissions that violate the guidelines below may be rejected, removed, or lead to account suspension depending on the severity of the issue.
Copyright and Trademark Violations
- Artwork that copies or reproduces copyrighted material
- Use of brand names, logos, or trademarks without permission
- Designs derived from movies, games, or protected characters
- Artwork closely imitating existing commercial designs
Illegal or Harmful Content
- Content promoting illegal activity
- Violence or threats toward individuals or groups
- Harassment, bullying, or abusive messaging
- Content encouraging harmful or dangerous behavior
Hate or Extremist Content
CopClo does not allow content that promotes hate, discrimination, or extremist ideology.
- Hate speech targeting race, religion, gender, or nationality
- Extremist symbols or propaganda
- Content encouraging discrimination or exclusion
Explicit or Offensive Content
- Explicit sexual content
- Graphic violence or disturbing imagery
- Content intended to shock or provoke in harmful ways
Platform Integrity
CopClo reserves the right to reject or remove content that may negatively impact the platform, its artists, or its community.
This includes content that may create legal risk, damage platform reputation, or violate the spirit of the CopClo artist marketplace.
Content Review
All artwork submitted to CopClo may be reviewed before being approved for publication. CopClo reserves the right to decline submissions that do not meet platform guidelines.
Repeated violations may result in account suspension or removal from the platform.
