Protecting Original Work on CopClo.

CopClo is built to showcase original artwork created by independent artists. We respect
intellectual property rights and require all artists using the platform to submit only work they have
created themselves or have the legal right to use.

This policy explains how copyright is handled on the
CopClo platform, how infringement concerns can be
reported, and how CopClo may respond when intellectual property issues arise.

Original Artwork on CopClo

CopClo is a curated platform designed to showcase artwork created by independent artists. All artwork submitted to CopClo must be original or used with the appropriate legal rights or permissions.

Artists are responsible for ensuring that the designs they submit do not violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.

Artist Responsibility

Artists must only upload artwork they have created themselves or have permission to use.
Artwork must not copy, reproduce, or substantially imitate protected creative work.
Artists are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use all elements included in a design.
Artists must not submit designs that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.

Copyright Ownership

Artists retain ownership of the artwork they submit to CopClo unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers purchasing a CopClo product receive a physical garment featuring artwork, but they do not receive ownership of the artwork itself or any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit the design.

Use of Artwork on the Platform

By submitting artwork to CopClo, artists grant CopClo permission to display, promote, reproduce, and sell the artwork on approved products as part of operating the platform and marketplace.

This permission is limited to the operation, marketing, and sale of products through CopClo unless otherwise agreed separately.

Reporting Infringement Concerns

If you believe that content on CopClo infringes your copyright or intellectual property rights, you may contact us to report the issue.

Please provide enough detail for us to identify the content in question, the basis of your claim, and evidence that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on their behalf.

Review and Removal

CopClo reserves the right to review, restrict, suspend, or remove content that may infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights.

Artists who repeatedly submit infringing content may have their accounts suspended or permanently removed from the platform.
