CopClo Artist Partnership Agreement (Summary)

This summary highlights key terms of the CopClo Artist Partnership Agreement.

1) Eligibility

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into binding agreements.

2) Ownership & Rights

You confirm that you own all rights to the artwork you submit and that it does not infringe
any third-party intellectual property rights.

3) License to CopClo

You grant CopClo a non-exclusive, worldwide license to reproduce, display,
market, manufacture, and sell products featuring your artwork, including the creation
of product mockups and promotional materials, while your artwork is listed on CopClo.

4) Content Guidelines

Prohibited content includes (but is not limited to) copyright-infringing material,
trademark violations, unlawful content, hate or extremist content,
and any material that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.

5) Removal & Enforcement

CopClo reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate
these terms. Existing customer orders may still be fulfilled after removal.

6) Payments

Payouts are subject to CopClo’s commission and pricing structure.
You are solely responsible for your own tax reporting and obligations.
